Tata DVL3
We installed a new automatic Boll & Kirch filter on the DVL3 last year, a system for processing galvanised steel. The client is completely satisfied with the system’s functioning. One year on and it was time for Lubrafil to preventively service the Boll & Kirch filter for the first time. On opening the filter, we discovered a beautiful ‘bearded’ filter element. These were all strands from brushes used in the production process. The filter had more than done its job. Once the worn parts were replaced and a clean filter element was installed, the Boll & Kirch filter was again ready to perform at its best for some time to come.
