Lubrafil service engineers are responsible for implementing preventive and corrective maintenance. They also carry out inspections and assembly works at and for our customers, visiting extremely diverse customer locations and systems. Whether visiting a production company, an internationally-operating container ship or wastewater treatment plant, our service engineers are there to serve our customers. They are our company’s calling card.

In the current economic climate international shipping and continuous production companies are unable to operate without this support. That is why, if requested, Lubrafil also offers a 24/7 service both nationally and internationally. The customer is always central in this.

Service

A properly functioning filter system is a system that does not require constant checks and has the lowest possible servicing frequency and associated costs. To reach this situation, the filtration system requires regular care and attention. Lubrafil offers its customers the option to take out a maintenance contract in which preventive inspections are carried out at a frequency that matches your filtration system’s use. This can be offered for a fixed rate or charged subsequently based on actual costs.

New-build or conversion

Lubrafil has VCA** (Health, Safety & Environment Checklist for Contractors) certification. This provides customers with the guarantee that we are permitted to and have the expertise to work for you as main contractor. We have an extensive network of qualified companies and persons, which enables us to offer virtually all technical disciplines. A turn-key installation that includes pipework (pipe fitting, welding) and electricity connections as well as the filter, is one of our standard options. Service and maintenance: Boll & Kirch

Lubrafil service engineers are all qualified professionals capable of resolving maintenance issues at our customers independently. Our core specialism is the Boll & Kirch brand. Lubrafil has been the exclusive distributor for this brand in the Netherlands since 2000. Our service engineers are authorised by the manufacturer and receive regular training in Germany regarding the latest technologies and products. An international, accessible network for Boll & Kirch-trained service engineers offers engineers the opportunity to contact colleagues regarding maintenance issues 24/7. This means that you will not only have a service engineer at your location, but also have access to an entire team of specialists.

Service and maintenance: Other brands and systems

The knowledge and experience that Lubrafil service engineers have built up over the years for the Boll & Kirch brand is also used for other brands. In recent years we have also carried out servicing on other brands and filtration systems for a number of our customers.

This includes maintenance to vacuum band filters (e.g. Knoll and FLSmidth), magnet filters (e.g. Hülswitt), filter presses and hydraulic systems. It goes without saying that this service is offered with the same customer-friendliness you have come to expect from us.
