The great thing about international shipping is that it operates 24/7. You also have to deal with weather conditions and the vessel cargo. At first you think you will be able to carry out work under guarantee on a Friday but the vessel is suddenly delayed and it will have to be Sunday. That’s no problem for Lubrafil, as our engineers are always on hand to ensure that clients can be helped in the weekend too, if that’s needed. This happened with a vessel from Italian shipping company, MSC. It had a leak that was still covered by the manufacturer guarantee.
